About National Drone Centre
We're drone geeks, FPV pilots, and tech nerds who decided to build a blog we'd actually want to read. No corporate fluff. No sponsored BS. Just drones.
We Live and Breathe Drones
It started the way most obsessions do — one flight, and we were hooked. A cheap quad from Amazon, a backyard crash, and suddenly we were down the rabbit hole: watching teardowns at 2 a.m., arguing about flight controllers on Reddit, and refreshing DJI's website like maniacs on launch day.
We looked around for a blog that covered drones the way we wanted — honest, nerdy, and actually fun to read. The kind of site that wouldn't sugarcoat a mid product just because a brand sent a free unit. The kind of place where you could find out which budget FPV quad is actually worth it, what the FAA's latest rule change actually means for hobbyists, and whether that viral "military drone" video on X is real or CGI.
We couldn't find it. So we built it.
National Drone Centre is our corner of the internet for anyone who gets excited about propellers, gimbals, and firmware updates. We do no-nonsense reviews — if it sucks, we'll say so. If it's incredible, we'll geek out with you. We cover the latest DJI and Autel drops, deep-dive into FPV racing culture, track military and commercial drone developments, and break down regulations so you don't have to read 40 pages of government PDF.
We're not a research lab. We're not a university. We're a crew of hobbyists and tech junkies who believe the drone community deserves better content. So here we are — flying, writing, filming, and building the blog we always wished existed.
Welcome to the squad. Let's fly. 🚁
Our Beat

What's dropping, what's shipping, and what's making headlines in the drone world. We're on it before the mainstream catches up.
The Tech Lab
Hands-on reviews, gear breakdowns, and how-to guides. If it flies and has a circuit board, we've probably taken it apart.
FPV & Military
The pro stuff — racing quads, freestyle builds, defense drones, and the wild side of the hobby you won't find on mainstream tech blogs.
Rules & Regulations
FAA updates, no-fly zone changes, and license info — translated from government-speak into plain English.

Our Standards
Nobody pays us to write nice things. If a drone is garbage, we'll say it's garbage. Our opinions are ours.
Every piece of content is written by people who own drones, fly drones, and crash drones. First-hand experience only.
If something is sponsored or if we got a product for free, we'll tell you. But mostly, we buy our own gear and tell it like it is.
